Cleanser allowed in sulfate-free products

Made from sugar and fatty alcohols from plants. It is one of the mildest common cleansers, which is why it turns up in baby washes and fragrance-free shampoos.

Lather is lighter than with sulfates. That is normal and doesn't mean the product cleans less well for everyday use.
